I renovated my washroom and all the refurbishment items were purchased by Tile house. from day one till my job was finished, Hamza has been in constant touch with me for ordering items, replacing items ,refunding items and returning items. All the steps were carried out by him in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. The quality of the products received are durable and pristine looking and easy to work. price was quite comparatively reasonable not to forget the quality they offered was exquisite and was justified. After sales service was great and full cooperation and assistance was provided with breakages and returns as well. I’m extremely delighted by Hamza‘s cooperation and correspondence throughout the process. If it was not for Hamza, things would not have been that easy to manage.

The staff is exceptional. Hamza was particularly helpful from the moment we entered the shop. He meticulously considered all the little details to finish our new bathroom. The hospitality was fantastic. They even provided us with tea, coffee, and soft drinks, which are not common in tile shops. If I had to choose between Homebase, B&Q, Wicks and The Tile House, I would definitely go with The Tile House. Keep the good job brothers, I am definitely going to come back again.
